| 摘 要： | 分离培养我国不同地区的人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV-1)并对其进行生物学特性研究,对于掌握我国艾滋病流行特征、传播来源及变异趋势,了解我国HIV的致病特点和规律,研制适合我国HIV-1流行特点的疫苗和诊断试剂具有重要的意义。本文简要介绍我国HIV-1临床株的分离培养及其生物学特性的研究进展。

| Abstract: | To understand epidemic characteristics,origin and variation trend,and pathogenesis of HIV/AIDS in China,it is important for isolation and culture of Chinese clinical strains of HIV from different regions and analyzing its biological characteristics.The advances in isolation and biological characteristics of clinical strains of HIV-1 in China was reviewed in this paper. |
