超声诊治小儿肠套叠分析

目的探讨超声对小儿肠套叠的诊疗价值。方法对经确诊并在超声下加压水灌肠复位的67例肠套叠患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 67例肠套叠患儿均经超声检查明确诊断,诊断符合率100%;61例在超声下加压水灌肠复位成功,复位率91.1%。其中起病在16 h之内确诊,复位时间短,复位率100%;起病在16~24 h确诊者,复位时间延长,复位率91.3%;起病在24~48 h者,复位时间明显延长,复位率71.4%;起病超过48 h,患儿一般情况较差,均选择手术复位。结论超声诊治小儿肠套叠应越早越好,超声下加压水灌肠复位是诊治小儿肠套叠的首选方法。

Analysis on diagnosis and therapy of infantile intussusception by ultrasound imaging

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic and treatment value of ultrasound imaging for children intussusception. Methods To analyze the ultrasound imaging diagnostic results in 67 children with intussusception. Results 67 children with intussusception were all definitely diagnosed and the diagnostic accurate rate was 100 %. In 67 patients, there were 61 children who had successful saline enema reduction guided by ultrasound imaging and the rate of success was 91.1%. Onset in 16 hours,the rate of successful saline enema reduction was 100% and onset in 16-24 hours,the rate was 91.3% and onset in 24-8 hours,the rate was 71.4%. Onset more than 48 hours,the children who had poor physical condition had successful reduction by operation. Conclusion The sooner the child with intussusception is diagnosed and cured by ultrasound imaging,the higher the rate of successful saline enema reduction. The saline enema reduction by ultrasound imagine is the preferred method in diagnosing and curing pediatric intussusception.
