| 摘 要： | 采用紫外分光光度法考察甲磺酸加贝酯在五种输液中的配伍稳定性。葡萄糖注射液 ( 10 % ,5% )、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、复方氯化钠注射液、氯化钠注射液在 4℃ ,2 5℃ ,37℃下测定配伍后不同时间甲磺酸加贝酯含量 ,同时观察外观并测定 p H值。结果 :7h各配伍液外观无变化 ,p H值及甲磺酸加贝酯含量无明显变化

| Abstract: | To Study the stability of gabexate mesilate in five infusions. The concentrations of gabexate mesilate in five mixtures were determined by UV spectrometey and their pH values were determined with a pH meter at 4℃, 25℃, 37℃. The results showed that there was no change almost in the appearances and pH values and gabexate mesilate concertration for 7 hours. |
