高血压患者血浆CNP、DNP浓度变化及意义

目的 研究高血压患者血浆C型利钠肽(CNP)、树眼镜蛇利纳肽(DNP)浓度变化,并初步分析CNP、DNP浓度变化的相关因素.方法 入选原发性高血压不伴左心室肥厚患者26例(EH组),原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚患者26例(EH伴LVH组);另选健康体检者21例为对照组.采用ELISIA方法 检测血浆CNP、DNP浓度,采用超声心动图测量心脏结构.结果 (1)高血压患者血浆CNP、DNP浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),高血压伴左心室肥厚患者CNP、DNP浓度明显高于高血压组和对照组(P<0.05).(2)高血压患者不同分级组血浆CNP、DNP浓度无显著差别.(3)高血压患者血浆CNP浓度与室间隔厚度(IVST)、左心室重量指数(LVMI)呈正相关(r=0.638,0.420,P<0.05).高血压患者血浆DNP浓度与心脏结构指标中左心室重量指数呈正相关(r=0.475,P<0.05).结论 高血压患者血浆CNP、DNP浓度升高,在高血压伴左心室肥厚的患者升高更明显,且与LVMI呈明显的相关性.

Changes of plasma C-type natruretide and dendroaspis natriuretic peptide in patieats with essential hypertension and its significance
