应用现代眼科技术修复严重眼球穿孔伤32例临床观察

目的 评估严重眼球穿孔伤的疗效。方法 对３２例３２眼严重 球穿孔伤患者应用现代眼科技术及联合手术进行修复治疗，并进行６￣３２月的随访观察。结果 术后有７５％的伤眼全了眼球，且有５０％的伤眼不同程度地恢复了视力，无１例发生交感性眼炎。结论 严重的眼球孔伤患者尽管术后效果不够理想。但经过正确的修复及适时的联合手术治疗，可能为伤眼保全眼球并部分恢复视功能提供机会

A clinical observation on 32 cases of the serious eyeball penetrating wounds restorated with modern techniques

Objective To investigate the efficacy of serious penetrating injuries of eyeball.Methods 32 cases (32eyes) were managed with modern techniques of ophthalmology and combined surgery.The follow up periods ranged from 6 to 32 months (mean 20 months).Results Postoperatively the reconstruct the eyeball is 75% and the visual acuity improved differenty is 50% .no case of the sympathetic ophthalmia was found.Conclusion The proper repair of the wound and timely combined surgery for serious penetrating eye may give a chance of reconstruct the eyeball and restore visual function,even though efficacy of operation in that is poor.
