摘    要:目的 研究系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者的细胞免疫功能。方法 用流式细胞仪检测了30例SLE患者外周血T细胞亚群及NK细胞百分数。结果 SLE活动组病人,CD4+细胞百分率显著降低(P<0.01),CD8+细胞百分率增高(P<0.01),NK细胞数降低,与对照组相比具有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。稳定期病人CD4+细胞百分率正常,CD8+细胞百分率稍高于对照组 (P>0.05),NK细胞百分率高于活动组病人组仍低于正常对照组。结论 SLE病人细胞免疫功能是异常的,T细胞亚群和NK细胞的测定可作为诊断活动期与非活动期SLE病人的一项有价值的参考指标。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the cellular immunity of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Method T cell subsets and the percentage of NK cells in peripheral blood of 30 SLE patients were tested with flow cytometry. Result The percentages of CD4+ cells and NK cells decreased (P<0.01) and that of CD8+ cells increased(P<0.01) in SLE patients in active stage, with significant difference from those of the controls (P<0.01). The percentage of CD8+ cells in SLE patients in stable stage were higher than that of the controls (P>0.05) and the percentages of CD4+ cell were normal. The percentage of NK cells in SLE patients in stable stage was higher than that in the active SLE patients, but lower than that in the controls. Conclusion The cellular immunity of SLE patients is impaired. The evaluation of the function of T cell subsets and the NK cells may be of valuable as reference in the diagnosis of active SLE and the stable SLE.
