新型冠状病毒肺炎防控中方舱医院护理应急管理的实践

目的总结方舱医院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎防控中的护理应急管理实践,为政府及医疗机构今后建设与管理方舱医院总结科学方法.方法2020年2月5日至3月9日期间,从护理组织管理、护理人员管理及患者管理等三方面迅速启动方舱医院护理应急管理策略,制订相关护理管理制度和规范,落实方舱各项安全管理及患者管理策略,确保方舱医疗安全有序进行.结果方舱医院护理组织应急管理小组完成了15支援鄂国家医学救援队700余名护理人员的人力调配,累积收治患者1848例,有序实施了患者的筛查、诊疗、护理、转运及出舱等救治工作.结论通过高效的护理应急管理措施,方舱医院实现了科学配置救援护理资源,精准实施各项护理工作,为抗疫时期下正在建设的多所类似医疗机构提供了科学化、精细化、标准化的护理管理模式.

Nursing Emergency Management of Prevention and Control for Coronavirus Disease 2019 in Makeshift Hospital

Objective To summarize the emergency management for the prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in makeshift hospital,and to provide a scientific method for the government and medical institutions to build and manage the makeshift hospital in the future.Methods From February 5 to March 9,2020,nursing emergency management strategies of makeshift hospital were launched rapidly from three aspects of nursing organization management,nursing staff management and patient management,the relevant nursing management systems and norms were formulated,and various safety management and patient management strategies of makeshift hospital were implemented to ensure the orderly progress of medical safety.Results The emergency management team in the hospital completed the manpower allocation of more than 700 nurses in 15 national emergency medical rescue teams,admitted 1848 patients and carried out the screening,diagnosis and treatment,nursing,transportation and discharge of patients in an orderly manner.Conclusions Through effective nursing emergency management measures,makeshift hospital can scientific allocate the nursing resources and the precise implementation of various nursing tasks,providing a scientific,refined and standardized nursing management mode for many similar medical institutions under construction during the anti-epidemic period.
