脑瘫患儿照顾者照护体验质性研究的Meta整合

目的系统评价脑擁患儿照顾者的照护体验。方法计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、ScienceDirect、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普、万方等中、英文数据库中关于脑瘫患儿照顾者照护体验的质性研究,对文献质量进行评价,通过Meta整合方法对提炼结果进行整合。结果共纳入8项研究,提炼42个主题,分析归纳为7个新类别,合成3个整合结果:照顾者缺乏疾病及家庭照护知识,渴望获得相关信息;照顾者身心负担重,渴望得到家庭及社会支持;照顾者自我调适。结论家庭、医疗机构及社会各界应关注脑瘫患儿照顾者,为其提供疾病照护指导及物质、精神支持,促进脑瘫患儿及照顾者的身心健康。

Caregiving Experiences of Caregivers of Cerebral Palsy Children:A Meta-Synthesis

Objective To systematically review the caregiving experience of family members of cerebral palsy children.Methods Qualitative studies on the caregivers'experience of cerebral palsy children were retrieved from the databases including PubMed,Cochrane Library.Embase.Web of Science.Science Direct.CNK1.CBM,Wanfang.VIP.et al.The quality of literature was evaluated and the results were integrated by meta synthesis method.Results A total of 8 studies were included.42 themes were extracted and classified into 7 new categories.and 3 integration results were synthesized:caregivers lack disease-related knowledge and are eager for information about disease treatment and rehabilitation;caregivers'lifestyle changes;caregivers are under severe social stress and menial burdened.and they expect the support from families and society.Conclusions The medical staff.families and societies should pay attention to the caregivers of cere bral palsy children,provide them with guidance and material.spiritual support,to promote the physical and mental health of them.
