恐动症成因分析量表的汉化及信效度检验

目的对恐动症成因分析量表(kinesiophobia causes scale,KCS)汉化并进行信效度检验,评价其在我国相关领域应用的可行性。方法依据量表翻译方法对KCS进行翻译、文化调试,形成中文版KCS。便利抽样选择杭州市2所三级甲等医院疼痛门诊的慢性下腰痛患者231例作为测试对象,检验量表内部一致性;成立专家小组,验证量表的内容效度。结果中文版KCS的Cronbach’s α系数为0.869,折半信度为0.715,重测信度为0.940,内容效度为0.850,20个条目的内容效度指数高于0.800。探索性因子分析共提取7个公因子,解释方差贡献率为80.343%。结论中文版KCS具有较好的信度、效度和区分能力,可作为我国评价、分析恐动症成因的有效工具。

The Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Kinesiophobia Causes Scale

Objective To translate the English version of Kinesiophpbia Causes Scale(KCS)into Chinese,to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version,and to evaluate its feasibility in China.Methods According to the scale translation method,KCS was translated and cultural debugged to form the Chinese version of KCS.By convenience sampling method,231 patients with chronic low back pain in pain clinics of 2 tertiary hospitals in Hangzhou were selected as subjects to test the internal consistency of the scale,and an expert group was set up to verify the content validity of the scale.Results The Chinese version of KCS had a Cronbach's α coefficient of 0.869,a half-fold reliability of 0.715,a test-retest reliability of 0.940,and a content validity of 0.850.The content validity index of 20 items was higher than 0.800.Exploratory factor analysis extracted a total of 7 common factors,which explained the variance contribution rate was 80.343%.Conclusions The Chinese version of KCS has good reliability,validity and distinguishing ability.It can be used as an effective tool to evaluate and analyze the causes of Kinesiophobia in China.
