基于Kaiser模型的三级医院新型冠状病毒肺炎护理管理灾害脆弱性分析

目的基于Kaiser模型的灾害脆弱性分析,完善新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下三级医院护理管理的应急管理.方法构建新型冠状病毒肺炎防控护理管理风险事件指标体系,选择关键知情人进行评价.结果通过指标可能性与严重性矩阵分析,筛选出高风险、中风险、次中风险、低风险指标数分别为5、10、5、37个,予以分类施策,并完善应急部署.结论基于Kaiser模型的三级医院新型冠状病毒肺炎护理管理灾害脆弱性分析,可指导护理管理应急部署;在未来工作中,管理队伍的应急管理能力培养尚须引起重视.

Hazard Vulnerability Analysis of Nursing Management in Tertiary Hospital during Coronavirus Disease 2019 Outbreak Based on Kaiser Model

Objective To improve the emergency management of nursing in tertiary hospital during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak through the hazard vulnerability analysis based on the Kaiser model.Methods The nursing management risk index system of COVID-19 prevention and control was established,and the main insiders were selected for evaluation.Results Through the matrix analysis of index possibility and severity,the indexes of high risk,medium risk,secondary medium risk and low risk were selected as 5,10,5 and 37,respectively;and the classified measures were taken to improve the emergency deployment.Conclusions The hazard vulnerability analysis of tertiary hospital nursing management during COVID-19 outbreak based on the Kaiser model can guide emergency deployment of nursing management,but more attention should be paid to the training of emergency management capabilities of management team in the future.
