| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the expression of small RNA in exosomes of breast cancer and drug resistant breast cancer cell.Method:Nextseq CN500 sequencer was used to detect the small RNA expression in the exosomes of breast cancer cell and the exosomes of breast cancer drug-resistant cell.Degseq R package was used to analyze the differences of small RNA expression.Results:Compared with the exosomes of breast cancer cell,there were 960 miRNAs,44 piRNAs and 93 tsRNAs up-regulated,29 miRNAs,60 piRNAs and 3 tsRNAs down-regulated in exosomes of drug resistant breast cancer cell.Conclusion:The expression of small RNA in exosomes of breast cancer cell was different from that of drug-resistant breast cancer cell,this may be related to drug resistance of breast cancer cell. |
