住院老年人自我忽视现状及其影响因素分析

目的调查住院老年人自我忽视现状并探索其影响因素,为制订老年人自我忽视相关干预措施提供依据。方法便利抽样选取武汉市两所三甲医院的318名住院老年人,采用一般资料调查问卷、老年人自我忽视调查问卷、领悟社会支持量表对其进行调查,并分析确定其自我忽视的影响因素。结果本组老年人自我忽视总得分为33~111分,中位数为56(48,70),logistic回归分析表明,自觉经济压力、自理能力、文化程度及自评健康状况为住院老年人自我忽视的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论卫生保健提供者、老年人的照顾者以及社会工作人员应该重点关注自觉健康状况差、自理能力受损、文化程度较低的老年人,定期走访,积极预防老年人自我忽视。

The Influencing Factors on Self-neglect of the Elderly in Hospital

Objective To investigate the status of self-neglect of the elderly in hospital and explore its influencing factors,so as to provide the basis for the formulation of intervention measures related to self-neg­lect of the elderly.Methods By convenience sampling method,318 elderly inpatients from two Grade Ⅲ hospitals in Wuhan were investigated with general information questionnaire,the elder self-neglect ques­tionnaire,Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),and the influencing factors of self-neglect were ana­lyzed.Results The total score of self-neglect of the elderly in this group was from 33 to 111,with a medi­an of 56(48,70).Logistic regression analysis showed that self-conscious economic pressure,self-care ability,education level and self-rated health status were the influencing factors of self-neglect of the elderly in hospital(all P<0.05).Conclusions Health care providers,elderly caregivers and social workers should focus on elderly people with poor self-rated health,impaired self-care ability and low level of education.Elderly people should be visited regularly to prevent self-neglect of the elderly.
