瘦素、脂联素和视黄醇结合蛋白4与抑郁症关系研究进展

摘    要:情绪障碍与肥胖症存在关联,肥胖症者体内相关脂肪因子的变化可能成为其心理精神异常的参考指标。提示抑郁症与肥胖症之间存在共同的生物途径。脂肪组织产生或分泌的脂肪因子及其受体在中枢神经系统富集,脂肪因子在抑郁症的发生与治疗过程中发挥潜在作用,其中瘦素可增强海马突触可塑性、促进神经发生及增强脑源性神经营养因子的神经营养作用,脂联素可降低神经炎症并增加海马突触可塑性,视黄醇结合蛋白4(Retinol Binding Protein 4,RBP4)相关的视黄酸信号通路可促进神经元发生。这些研究将为抑郁症的诊断与治疗提供新的见解。

Abstract:Emotional disorders are associated with obesity,changes of adipokines in obese patient may be a reference indicator for their mental disorders.This suggests that there is a common biological pathway between depression and obesity.Adipokines and their receptors produced or secreted by adipose tissue are enriched in the central nervous system.Adipokines play a potential role in the occurrence and treatment of depression.Leptin can enhance hippocampal synaptic plasticity,promote neurogenesis and enhance the neurotrophic effect of brain-derived neurotrophic factor.Adiponectin can reduce neuroinflammation and enhance hippocampal synaptic plasticity,retinol binding protein 4(RBP4)related retinoic acid signaling pathway can promote neurogenesis.The studies will provide new insights for the diagnosis and treatment of depression.
