医护人员对ICU日记认知和态度的质性研究

目的探究重症监护医护人员对ICU日记的真实态度和认知,为我国开展ICU日记项目提供参考.方法运用现象学研究方法,在2019年4-6月期间,目的抽样选取某三级医院重症监护室的15名医护人员进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步法对资料进行分析.结果提炼出三个主题:认可实施ICU日记的意义、实施ICU日记阻力因素、实施ICU日记相关建议.结论医护人员认可开展ICU日记的意义;建议医院出台相关支持政策,制定标准化模板,加强培训,积极推动ICU日记的开展,以期降低患者及家属ICU后综合征的发生.

ICU Diary Cognition and Attitude among Medical and Nursing Staff:A Qualitative Study

Objective To explore the actual attitude and cognition of ICU medical and nursing staff to ICU diary,so as to provide a reference for the development of ICU diary project in China.Methods From April to June 2019,15 ICU medical and nursing staff from a tertiary hospital were selected and interviewed semi-structurally with phenomenological methods.Colaizzi 7-step method was used to analyze the data.Results Three themes were extracted:the significance of recognizing the implementation of ICU diary,the resistance factors of implementing ICU diary,and the relevant suggestions of implementing ICU diary.Conclusions The medical and nursing staff recognize the significance of carrying out ICU diary.It is suggested that the hospital should issue relevant support policies,formulate standardized templates,strengthen training,actively promote the development of ICU diary,and reduce the incidence of post-ICU syndrome in patients and their families.
