低强度脉冲超声促进骨折愈合的生物力学评价

摘    要:目的 :探讨低强度脉冲超声对骨折愈合的生物力学影响。方法 :造成 3 0只成年新西兰兔双侧桡骨中部3mm骨缺损 ,左侧骨缺损处应用低强度脉冲超声波体外照射 ,右侧缺损处实行假照作为对照。定期取标本行三点弯曲生物力学测试。结果 :术后第 4、 5、 6周弯曲最大载荷、最大应力、最大吸收能量两组差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :低强度脉冲超声促进骨折愈合 ,加快恢复骨组织机械强度。

Abstract:Objective:To study the biomechanical effects of low intensity pulsed ultrasound(LIPUS) on fracture-healing.Methods:Thirty mature Newsland rabbits were randomly assigned to 3 groups.The 3mm-long bone defects were made in both radii of each rabbit.Exterior LIPUS exposure was made to the left radius-defect.False exposure was made to the right radius-defect as control.3-point bending biomechanical testing were performed in rabbit radius at the end of the 4,5,6 week postoperatively.Results:Biomechanical findings included higher maximum load,maximum stress and maximum energy absorption by bending testing in the experimental side showed significant difference as compared with that in the control side ( P <0.01).Conclusion:Low intensity pulsed ultrasound accelerates fracture-healing and biomechanical recovery.
