| 摘 要： | ①目的了解心理治疗对性传播疾病病人焦虑状态的影响。②方法将80例性传播疾病并发焦虑状态的病人随机分成治疗组和对照组，对照组常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加心理治疗，4周后采用Zung焦虑自评量表重新评分，并进行比较。③结果两组治疗后焦虑评分比较差异有高度显著性（t=3．71，P〈0．01）；治疗组治疗前后焦虑评分比较差异亦有高度显著性（t=6．42，P〈0．01）。④结论心理治疗是治疗性传播疾病并焦虑状态病人的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of psychotherapy on anxiety in patients with sexually transmitted diseases(STD). Methods STD patients (n=80) with anxiety were randomly divided into treated group and control group. The patients in treated group received routine therapy plus psychotherapy, for those in control group received merely routine treatment. Four weeks later, the patients in both groups were assessed with SAS again. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of SAS in the treated group were significantly lower (t=3.71,P<0.01). Conclusion Psychotherapy is an effective (method) to treat anxiety in patients with STD. |
