骨盆肿瘤的介入治疗

目的：评价骨盆肿瘤局部动脉内灌注化疗和栓塞治疗的价值。方法：介入治疗50例骨盆肿瘤患者，观察临床及放射学改善情况，并与病理结果作对照。结果：血管造影可清楚显示肿瘤的大小及血供特点，术中出血大大减少。治疗后大部分患者临床症状改善。手术及病理证实。肿瘤均有不同程度的坏死。液化和囊性变，并有假包膜形成。介入术后血管造影表现与病理结果相符。结论：骨盆肿瘤术前介入治疗的效果明显，其作用在于：使肿瘤缩小，分变清晰，减少肿瘤血供，有利于完整切除，提高手术成功率，介入治疗是骨盆肿瘤术前有效的辅助治疗手段。

Interventional therapy for pelvic tumors

Objective: To appraise the value of the chemotherapy of the local intra arterial infusion and embolization in the treatment of pelvic tumors. Methods: Fifty patients with pelvic tumor were treated with the interventional therapy. The clinical and radiological improvement was observed and compared with the pathological findings. Results: Angiography could clearly show the size of a tumor and the feature of blood supply to it. Bleeding reduced significantly during the operation. The clinical symptoms had improved in most of the patients after surgery. The surgical and pathological findings confirmed that all the tumors had undergone necroses, liquefaction, cystic degeneration and the formation of pseudocapsule to varying degrees. After the interventional therapy, the angiographic findings coincided with the pathological ones. Conclusion:The preoperative interventional therapy for pelvic tumor has remarkable effectiveness. It can make the tumor shrink and make its borderline clear, and lessen blood supply to the tumor. It is helpful to removing pelvic tumor completely and it can improve the successful rate of the operations. The interventional therapy is an effective means of supportive treatment before the surgery.
