济宁市某社区高血压患者饮食行为调查

摘    要:目的探讨高血压患者的饮食行为影响因素,为合理控制高血压提供科学依据。方法采用1:2病例对照研究,采用自制饮食行为调查表对济宁市某社区高血压患者进行调查。结果身体质量指数、是否饮酒、油脂摄入量、蔬菜水果量对高血压的控制均有影响,其OR值分别为6.280、19.404、4.234、0.112。结论超重、饮酒、油脂摄入过量对于血压的控制是危险因素;多吃蔬菜水果对血压的控制是保护因素。

Investigation on dietary and behavior among hypertension patients f community in Jining city

Abstract:Objective To explore dietary factors of hypertension and provide a scientific basis for preventing and controlling of this disease.Methods A 1:2 matched case-control study was carried out for patients with hypertension in Jining city with eating behavior questionnaire.Results The controls of hypertension was affected by body mass index,whether drinking,intake of fats,intake of fruits and vegetables,the OR values were 6.280,19.404,4.234,0.112 respectly.Conclusion The independent risk factors for the control of hypertension were overweight,drinking and excessive fat intake;eating more fruits and vegetables was protective factor on blood pressure control.
