| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨早期初孕妇女应用异丙酚行无痛人工流产术前口服米非司酮对宫颈的扩张作用.方法 选择自愿终止妊娠的早孕妇女100例,随机分为两组,于无痛人工流产术前用或不用米非司酮,观察术中扩宫的难易程度、手术时间及手术并发症.结果 口服米非司酮组术中无阻力扩宫的例数明显多于未用组(P<0.01),手术时间亦明显缩短(P<0.01),麻醉药物用量减少(P<0.01),术中反应少(P<0.01).结论无痛人流术前应用米非司酮,可达到良好的宫颈扩张效果,有效提高手术质量、缩短手术时间、减少并发症.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of uterine scar pregnancy diagnosis and treatment method. Methods retrospective analysis of our hospital in recent six years in 12 cases of uterine scar pregnancy clinical data. Results all cases were treated by methotrexate （MTX） ＋ RU486 combined treatment, a full success. Conclusion to improve the understanding of uterine scar pregnancy, combined with transvaginal color ultrasound examination, early diagnosis. MTX ＋ RU486 combined application can be treated effectively, without obvious side effect, is a kind of safe, effective conservative treatment method. |
