肺真菌病外科治疗分析

目的 探讨肺真菌病的发病诱因及手术治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析25例肺真菌病外科治疗的临床资料,依据术后效果进行评定.结果 25例肺真菌病经外科治疗,治愈19例,好转6例;术后并发症6例,其中切口感染3例,脓胸2例,支气管胸膜瘘1例.结论 肺真菌病的外科治疗不仅要严格选择手术适应证,而且应尽可能的选择手术并发症少的手术方式,其手术治疗效果良好,并发症较少,预后良好.

Analysis of surgical treatment of pnlmonary mycosis

Objective To study the incidence of pulmonary fungal disease and surgical treatment of in- centive. Methods Retrospective analysis of 25 cases of surgical treatment of pulmonary fungal disease clinical data, postoperative results were evaluated. Results 25 cases of pulmonary fungal disease after surgical treat- ment, 19 cases were cured and 6 improved. 6 eases of postoperative complications, including wound infeetion in 3 eases, 2 eases of empyema, bronchopleural fistula in one case. Conclusion Surgical treatment of pulmonary fungal disease not only to strictly selected indications for surgery, but as far as possible the choice of surgical procedure with few complications, the surgery worked well, fewer eomplieations, prognosis good.
