布拉氏酵母菌对治疗新生儿黄疸的促进作用

目的 观察分析布拉氏酵母菌在新生儿黄疸治疗中的作用.方法 将42例新生儿黄疸病例按随机分组的方法将其分为对照组(给予常规治疗)与观察组(在常规治疗基础上加用布拉氏酵母菌散剂),分别测定两组不同治疗方法治疗后的血胆红素浓度的变化,观察分析布拉氏酵母菌在治疗新生儿黄疸中的作用.结果 对照组和观察组相比较,观察组在对胆红素的降低时间和降低程度上都优于对照组.结论 布拉氏酵母菌用于新生儿黄疸的治疗具有促进作用,其有利于胆红素的排泄,能够缩短患儿住院时间,在临床上值得更好的应用.

Saccharomyces boulardii treatment of neonatal jaundice

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of saccharomyces boulardii in the therapy of neonatal jaundice.Methods 42 neonates were divided randomly into two groups：control group（received basal therapy） and observation group（in the basal therapy based on the use of saccharomyces boulardii）.Detect the bilirubin concentration in the blood after the different two treatments,to observe and analyze the effect of saccharomyces boulardii in the therapy of neonatal jaundice.Results Compared to control group and observation group,the observation group in the reduction of time was fast and reduction of bilirubin levels was higher than the control group.Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii for the theray of neonatal jaundice could advance the excretion of bilirubin,shorter hospital stay,it is worthy of promotion and clinical application for better.
