中药治疗胃脘痛体会

目的 探讨中药治疗胃脘痛的治疗体会.方法 通过临床应用中药治疗胃脘痛120例.结果 治疗效果满意,有效率97.64%.结论 理气和胃,审证求因,辨证施治.虚证当以补虚为先;若属虚实夹杂,当予扶正祛邪,并根据正邪的盛衰,或以扶正为主兼以祛邪,或以祛邪为主兼以扶正.

Treatment experience about epigastric pain with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To explore the treatment experience about epigastric pain with Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods The treatment experience comes from clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of 120 cases of epigastric pain.Results The therapeutic effect is satisfactory,and the efficiency was up to 97.64%.Conclusion Regulating Qi and harmonizing the stomach,differentiating syndrome for etiology and differentiating syndrome for therapy.Facing deficiency syndrome,we should make up Insufficientcy firstly.Treating deficiency-excess mixing,we should put to use healthy-qi-supporting and pathogenic factors-eliminating therapy.We take the fighting between the Healthy Qi and Pathogen as the basis,and then we will pay attention to healthy-qi-supporting or pathogenic factors-eliminating.
