神经系病针灸临床病谱和治疗方案的优选

目的：提高神经系病针灸疗效。方法：系统分析针灸文献，从优选神经系病针灸临床病谱及治疗方案角度提出问题，初步确定解决问题的思路和方法。结果：神经系病是针灸临床的主要病谱，但神经系病针灸临床病谱及治疗方案的优选研究甚少，为此倡导开展神经系病针灸治疗方案的优选研究，优选神经系病针灸临床病谱。结论：优选神经系病针灸临床病谱及治疗方案，对拓展神经系病针灸临床病谱、提高神经系病针灸疗效非常有益。

Optimization of clinical disease spectrum and therapeutic programs of acupuncture and moxibustion for diseases of the nervous system

Objective To increase therapeutic effects of acupuncture and moxibustion for diseases of the nervous system. Methods To analyze systematically the literature of acupuncture and moxibustion, put forward problems from the angle of optimization of clinical disease spectrum and treatment programs of acupuncture and moxibustion for diseases of the nervous system and preliminarily determine train of thought and methods for solving the problems. Results Diseases of the nervous system are clinically main disease spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion, but less study on optimization of clinical disease spectrum and treatment programs of acupuncture and moxibustion are carried out, so, the studies on optimization of diseases spectrum and treatment programs of acupuncture and moxibustion for diseases of the nervous system are initiated. Conclusion Optimization of clinical disease spectrum and treatment programs of acupuncture and moxibustion for diseases of the nervous system is very beneficial to extending clinical disease spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion and raising therapeutic effects for diseases of the nervous system.
