银杏叶片治疗激素抵抗型肾病综合征88例

目的:评价银杏叶片治疗激素抵抗型肾病综合征的疗效及其安全性。方法:161例激素抵抗型肾病综合征病人随机分为2组。2组在足量泼尼松等常规治疗基础上,治疗组予银杏叶片2片,po,tid,共12wk;对照组予环磷酰胺0.2g+氯化钠注射液20mL,iv,qod,8～12wk后停药。结果:治疗组及对照组总有效率各为78%及37%,2组疗效比较差异有非常显著意义,P<0.01。治疗组尿蛋白减少或消失例数多于对照组,尿蛋白开始减少及消失时间短于对照组,均P<0.01。治疗后治疗组总胆固醇及三酰甘油下降了(5.8±2.6),(6.1±1.1)mmol·L-1,对照组下降(3.1±1.8),(4.1±0.5)mmol·L-1,均P<0.01;治疗组高切变率全血粘度及红细胞沉降率下降了(2.8±0.6)mPa·s及(32.1±1.7)mm·h-1,对照组下降了(1.8±1.4)mPa·s及(26±4)mm·h-1,均P<0.01,治疗组下降幅度大于对照组,P<0.01。2组均未发现不良反应。结论:银杏叶片治疗激素抵抗型肾病综合征安全、有效。

Yinxingye tablet for treatment of steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome in 88 patients

AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yinxingye tablet in the treatment of steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome. METHODS: One hundred and si x ty-one patients suffered from steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome were random ly divided into two groups. Treatment group of eighty-eight patients((M 58,)F 3 0;ag e( 42±s 10)a with disease duration of ((40±6)mo)) were treated with Yinxing ye 2 tablets, po, tid, for 12 wk.Control group of seventy-three patients (M 48, F 2 5; age(44±11)a with disease duration of (39±8)mo) were treated with cyclophos phamide (0.2 g+) 0.9% sodium chloride injection 20 mL,iv, qod, for 8-12 wk. All patients were routinely given predni so ne orally and other conventional therapy. RESULTS: The total effective rates we r e 78% and 37% in treatment and control groups, respectively. There was a signifi cant statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.01). After the treat ment, the total cholesterol and triglycerides decreased (5.8±(2.6),)(6.1± 1.1 )mmo l·L~(-1) in treatment group while those decreased ((3.1±1.8),(3.9±)( 0.5 )mmol· L~(-1)) in control group, with both (P<0.01.) At the same time, the hi gh who le blood viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate decreased ((2.8±0.6)mPa·s,)( 32.1 ±1.7)mm·h~(-1) in treatment group while those decreased (1.8±1.4)mPa·s , ((2 6±4)mm·h~(-1)) in control group, with both P<0.01. The treatment gro up is super ior to the control group in the improvement of the changes of blood lipid and he morheology. No adverse reactions occurred in both groups. CONCLUSION: Yinxingye tablet is effective and safe in treating steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome.
