| 摘 要： | 本文分析我院30年中剖宫产子宫切除81例,与总分娩数的0.23%,占剖宫产的1.51%。其中急症手术占96.3%,选择性手术占3.7%。30年以来随着围产期检查的加强,剖宫产子宫切除手术的比例已明显下降,其手术特征亦发生改变。加强预防措施是降低手术比例的措施。

| Abstract: | The rate of cesarean hysterectomy in 81 cases performed at our hospital for 30 years has beenanalyzed in this paper.The incidence of cesarean hysterectomy in cesarean section and total deliveriesare 1.5% and 0.23% respectively.Among them 96.3% were emergent operation and 3.7% wereselective operation.Recently the rate of cesarean hysterectomy declined obviously on account of theemphysis of perinatal care.The indications of operation are also changed.we considered thatprophylactic procedure is of importance in lowering the rate of this type of opertion. |
