| 摘 要： | 采用等吸收双波长法测定复方异烟肼中异烟肼的含量,消除了维生素 B_6的干扰。本法简便、准确、重现性好。平均回收率为:99.6%,RSD 为0.4%。本法与溴酸钾法比较,结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。

| Abstract: | The isoniazid content was determined in compound isoniazid tablet using double wavelength spectrophotometry,which eliminated the interference of Vitamine B_6.It was simple,accurate and reproducible.The recovery of compound isoniazid tablet was 99.6% and RSD was 0.4%,with no remarkble difference compared with potassium bromate method. |
