| 摘 要： | 随着医学高等教育的迅猛发展，其办学规模和培养规模也日趋扩大。由于医学的专业性较强，决定其就业渠道相对狭窄，导致近年来，医学生的就业形势日趋严峻。加强医学生综合素质培养，提升就业核心竞争力是解决医学生“就业难难”的有效途径。
