105例新生儿ABO溶血病血清学检测结果分析

目的 探讨AB0溶血病发病率与检测方法学之间的关系.方法 对105例新生儿进行ABO HDN血清学检测,包括直接抗人球蛋白试验、红细胞抗体释放试验、血清游离抗体试验、患儿母亲血清中IgG抗A或抗B抗体滴度.结果 105例病例中确诊为ABO HDN的A型患儿为23例,阳性率59%(23/54),B型患儿为31例,阳性率47%(31/54);确诊为ABOHDN的患儿其母血清中IgG抗A或抗B抗体滴度均≥1:64;直接抗人球蛋白试验阳性20例,阳性率19%(20/105),血清游离抗体试验阳性49例,阳性率是46.7%(49/105),红细胞抗体释放试验阳性37例,阳性率是35.2%(37/105).结论 直接抗人球蛋白试验,红细胞抗体释放试验是早期诊断ABO HDN的有效方法;ABO HDN检出率与所采用的实验方法,采血时机有很大关系.

Analysis of Serologic Detection Results of ABO Hemolytic Disease on 105 Newborn Infants

Objective To investigate the relationship between the morbidity of ABO hemolytic disease of the newborn(ABO HDN) and examination methodology. Methods 105 newborn infants were subjected to serologic examination including the direct coombs test,serum free antibody test,red blood cell antibody release test and the serum IgG antibody A(B) titer of their mothers to verify ABO HDN.
