津医精神运动成套测验(JPB)的信度和效度分析

目的：通过对津医精神运动成套测验的信度和效度的统计分析。考查它的可靠性和真实性，方法：用EP16统计软件对3432名常模样本进行统计分析，常模样本取自16个省的7-14岁儿童，城市儿童1690名，农村儿童1742名，男女各半，分别进行信度和效度检验，得出再测信度，同时效度，结构效度，内容效度及实证效度等指标。结果：复测信度r=0.45-0.93；同时效度r=0.19-0.51；各项测验之间相关系数r=0.009-0.397；各年龄组间差异明显；经临床试用具有较好的特异性。结论：JPB是测量精神运动功能的有效工具，有较好的信度和效度。

Reliability and validity analysis of JinYi Psychomotor Test Battery(JPB)

Objective: To examine the reliability and validity of JPB by studying its authenticity. Methods: Statistics of 3 432 normal samples was made by EPI6. The normal samples selected from 16 provinces were composed of 1 690 children living in urban and 1 742 in rural areas.The gender ratio was 1:1. The data were analyzed to get the coefficient of reliability and validity. Such as: retest reliability, empirical, construct and content validity.Results:Reliability and validity were calculated and the coefficients of retest reliability reached 0.45 to 0.93.The empirical validities were from 0.19 to 0.51. The correlation coefficients of the 7 tests were 0.009 to 0.397. The raw scores increased at successive ages with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: JPB is a satisfactory tool for measuring psychomotor ability. It has good reliability and validity.
