IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α在胎膜早破早产孕妇血清、羊水中的含量及意义

目的:探讨IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α在胎膜早破早产孕妇血清及羊水中的含量与胎膜早破早产的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法测定胎膜早破早产孕妇(早产组)20例与正常孕妇(对照组)20例血清及羊水中的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α的含量。结果:早产组母血清及羊水中IL-6、IL-8、羊水TNF-α水平均较对照组高(P<0.05)。早产组绒毛膜羊膜炎者血清、羊水中IL-6、IL-8水平高于非绒毛膜羊膜炎者(P<0.05)。结论:孕妇血清、羊水中IL-6、IL-8水平与感染引起的早产有相关关系。

The levels and significance of IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α in serum and amniotic fluid of preterm women with premature rupture of membranes

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in serum and amniotic fluid of preterm women with premature rupture of membranes.Methods:The levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α in serum and amniotic fluid were detected in 20 cases with premature rupture of membranes(premature group) and 20 cases of normal pregnancy(contral group) by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:The levels of IL-6,IL-8 in serum and IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α in amniotic fruid in premature group were significantly higher than those in contral group(P<0.05).In premature group,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 in serum and amniotic fluid of women with chorioamnionitis were significantly higher than those of women without chorioamnionitis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of IL-6,IL-8 in serum and amniotic fluid of the pregnant women are associated with the onset of preterm labor caused by infection.
