| 摘 要： | 目的 观察EDTA依赖患者在多种抗凝条件下的血小板计数.方法 将已诊断为EDTA依赖患者的血置于多种抗凝条件(EDTA-K2、EDTA-Na2、枸橼酸钠、草酸钾-氟化钠、EDTAK2-氟化钠、EDTANa2-氟化钠、肝素锂),观察不同时间段内在血液分析仪上的血小板计数.结果 患者在多种抗凝条件下的血小板数随着时间的延长,均有不同程度的下降,观察血片均可见血小板聚集,属于罕见的多种抗凝剂依赖.结论 本例患者对多种抗凝剂依赖,其原因及机制有待进一步探讨.

| Abstract: | Objective To determine EDTA-dependent blood palatelets count in a patient with different anticoagulants. Methods Blood with different anticoagulants from the patient who has been diagnosed as EDTA-dependent were analyzed by the blood analyzer and platelets count in different interval was recorded. The anticoagulants used in this study included EDTA- K2, EDTA-Na2, sodium citrate, postassium oxalate-NaF, EDTA-K2-NaF, EDTA-Na2-NaF and hepafin lithiumj. Results As time passed, platelets count in the blood with different anticoagulants decreased respectively. Platelet aggregations were also observed on the blood smears. Conclusions This patient is one of scarce cases with multi-anticoagulants dependent. The mechanism of EDTA-dependence in the case will be further studied. |
