丹参注射液治疗脑出血35例临床分析

观察丹参注射液对高血压性脑出血 (ICH)血肿吸收及神经功能恢复的影响。将 68例ICH病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组 33例采用常规治疗,治疗组 35例在对照组的基础上加用丹参注射液 250ml静脉滴注,疗程均为 14d。分别于治疗前和治疗后第 15天观察血肿体积和神经功能缺损评分变化。结果:治疗组治疗前后血肿体积和神经功能缺损评分差值均大于对照组(P<0 .05,P<0 .001)。提示丹参注射液能促进ICH血肿的吸收和神经功能的恢复。

Clinical Analysis of Danshen Injection in Treating Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage in 35 Cases

To observe the clinical effects of Danshen Injection on the absorption of hematoma and the restoration of nerve functions in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), 68 cases were randomized into two groups: control group in which 31 cases were treated by routine therapy and treatment group in which 35 cases were treated by Danshen Injection besides routine therapy, both with a course of 14 days. The size of hematoma and nerve defect score were assessed before treatment and 15 days after treatment. Result: The hematoma and nerve defect were improved better in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05, P<0.001). It is indicated that Danshen Injection has positive effects on the absorption of hematoma and nerve function.
