| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑囊虫病不同分型、分期的MRI表现及应用价值。方法:回顾性分析86例经手术或酶标试验确诊的脑囊虫患者的MRI片。结果:脑囊虫分型为脑实质型66例,脑室型5例,脑膜型3例,混合型12例;脑囊虫分期为活动期13例,退变死亡期48例,钙化期5例,混合期20例。结论:MRI对各型不同时期的脑囊虫病诊断价值较高,是诊断脑囊虫病的首选影像学检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study MRI features and it is clinical value of cerebral cysticercosis with different typing and staging. Methods MRI findings in 86 cases with surgically or pathologically-proved cerebra cysticercosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results cerebral cysticercosis typing: 66 cases of cerebral parenchymal, type 5 cases of ventricular, 3 cases of s subarachnoid, 12 cases of mixed.
