| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对25例卵巢浆液性肿瘤的细胞凋亡研究，分析其性质与凋亡的关系。方法：用原位末端标记法检测细胞,凋亡，结果：浆液性囊腺瘤凋亡率为10％以下，浆液性囊腺癌凋亡率为38％，凋亡细胞呈灶状分布，无规律性，结论：卵巢浆液性良，恶性肿瘤都存在细胞凋亡，但恶性肿瘤凋亡率相对较高。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship of ovarian serous tumour's nature and apoptosis by observing 25 cases of ovarian serous tumour's apoptosis.Methods:Use of in situ end_labeling method to detect apoptosis.Results:Apoptosis rate of serous cystadenoma was less 10% and that of serous cystadenocarcinoma was 38%,cells of programmed death were distributed as plaques,irregularly.Conclusion:Apoptosis occurred both in the serous benignant and in the serous malignant tumours,but the apoptosis rate of the latter was more higher comparatively. |
