| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨烧伤伴吸人性损伤患者气管切开的时机与指征。方法：回顾性总结分析18例在烧伤24小时内行气管切开术和21例在烧伤24小时后行气管切开术。结果：在烧伤24小时内行气管切开术者死亡1例，24小时后行气管切开术者死亡8例。结论：大面积烧伤伴呼吸道损伤，在烧伤后及早行气管切开术可降低死亡率，呼吸道梗阻是导致烧伤患者死亡的主要原因。

| Abstract: | Objective: To find the best time and the indication for tracheotomy of patients with respiratory tract burn. Method: Eighteen cases were subjected to tracheotomy before 24 hr post burn and 21 cases after 24 hr. Result: One of the 18 cases subjected to tracheotomy before 24 hr post burn died and 8 among the 21 cases subjected to tracheotomy after 24 hr died. Conclusion: Early tracheotomy should be done for large area respiratory tract burn in order to decrease death rate. The main cause of death is respiratory tract obstruction. |
