足前部皮肤缺损修复的进展

前足损伤造成的皮肤软组织缺损,修复和重建较为困难。传统带蒂皮瓣,因并发症多,临床上应用越来越少。游离皮瓣手术难度和风险较大,在临床上应用受到一定限制。随着显微外科解剖学研究的不断深入,各种岛状皮瓣修复足前部皮肤缺损相继出现,包括:①足背区皮瓣;②踝上区皮瓣;③足底区皮瓣;④足内侧区皮瓣。所以,正确选择治疗方案,积极预防和治疗并发症对前足皮肤软组织缺损的修复有重要意义。
