2型糖尿病周围神经病变的危险因素研究

目的:探讨2型糖尿病并周围神经病变的相关危险因素。方法:收集糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)组79例,非DPN(NDPN)组82例,均行口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)、血红蛋白、血脂检测等,比较2组血脂的差异。结果:DP N组与NDP N组的糖化血红蛋白水平、OGTT、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMAIR),定量胰岛素敏感性检测指数(QUICKI),Matsuda胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI_M),Gutt胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI_G),总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)结果无统计学差异(均P0.05)。DPN组血高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平较NDPN组显著降低(P0.05)。结论:血高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平降低是DPN的高危因素,而年龄、病程、体重量指数(BMI)、收缩压、舒张压;TC、TG、LDL;糖化血红蛋白;OGTT试验结果;HOMA-β、HOMA-IR、QUICKI、ISI_M、ISI_G均不是DPN的危险因素。

The risk factors of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective: The analysis about risk factors of diabetic peripheral neuropath. Methods: January 2012 to January 2013 in our endocrine metabolic disease of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes. 79 patients with DPN group, NDPN group, 82 cases of patients, all test OGTT, hemoglobin, blood lipid, comparing the difference between the two groups of blood fats. Conclusion: Type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy may be associated with lower HDL but not with others.
