重症急性胰腺炎治疗的体会

目的 探讨重症急性胰腺炎手术和非手术治疗的指征和方案。方法 对经治的93例患者疗效进行总结和比较。结果 多数重症急性胰腺炎患者可通过非手术治疗治愈。结论 重症急性胰腺炎是一种常见的外科急腹症，病死率高。随着研究的深入，SAP的治疗方法在不断的改进，手术治疗的指征被重新界定，非手术治疗非手段日益丰富，疗效不断提高。合理、及时和综合地应用各种治疗手段，不断地将基础研究成果应用于临床，必将进一步提高SAP的治愈率。

Experience of severe acute pancreatitis treatment

Objective] To discuss the surgical and medical treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods] Summarize and compare the 93 cases of severe acute pancreatifis. Results] More and more cases of severe acute pancreatitis could be cured by medical treatment. Conclusion] Severe acute pancreatitis is a familiar surgery urgent abdominal disease, the death rote is high. With improvement on the research, the treatment of SAP is developing. Standard of surgery operation began to change. The cure rate will advance if we apply the increasing methods reasonably and synthetically.
