胃窦癌侵及胰头手术治疗的初步效果

①目的 探讨胃癌根治术联合胰十二指肠切除术的适应证及治疗效果。②方法 应用胃癌根治术联合胰头十二指肠切除术治疗胃窦癌侵及胰头病人16例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。③结果 胃窦癌侵及胰头为本手术手适应证，第1，2站淋巴结转移者临床疗效满意，手术安全性高；第3站淋巴结转移或第16组淋巴结阳性应视为本手术的禁忌证。④结论 胃癌根治术联合胰头十二指肠切除术治疗胃窦癌侵及胰头，能达到预期的根治目的，提高病人的生存质量，延长生 存期。

Surgical treatment of gastric antrum carcinoma invading the head of pancreas

Objective To investigate the indications and effect of radical gastrectomy combined with pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD) for stomach carcinoma. Methods 16 patients with gastric cancer invading the head of pancreas underwent radical surgery combined with PD were analysed retrospectively. Results The surgical indication was gastric cancer invading the head of pancreas. The effectiveness was obtained from the patients with the first and second station lymph node metastases. The third station and group 16 lymph node metastases were recognized as a contraindication. Conclusion The authors achieved a good effect for the patients with gastric cancer invading the head of pancreas. We are sure that it may improve the patients' quality of life and prolong survival.
