超临界CO2萃取峨眉桃叶珊瑚中桃叶珊瑚苷工艺条件研究

摘    要:目的优选超临界CO2萃取峨眉桃叶珊瑚中桃叶珊瑚苷的工艺条件。方法采用超临界CO2萃取法,并与回流提取法进行比较。结果在分离压力6.5MPa,分离温度55℃,控制CO2的流速为25.0L/h,以95%乙醇作为夹带剂,萃取压力20Mpa、萃取温度40℃、萃取时间1h,为最佳萃取工艺条件,桃叶珊瑚苷的萃取收得率为2.85%。结论超临界CO2萃取峨眉桃叶珊瑚中桃叶珊瑚苷方法简便、提取率较高,可推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To study technology of extracting Aucubin from Emei Aucuba by supercritical CO2, and set base to study Aucuba futher. Methods Using supercritical CO2 to extract Aucubin from Emei Aucuba and compared with refluxing extraction. Results When the separating pressure was 6.5MPa, separating temperature was at 55℃, the flow rate of CO2 was controled at 25.0 L/h with taking ethanol of 95% as modifier, the optimal extractive condition was temperature 40℃, pressure is 20 Mpa and extracting time for 1.5 hr., and the extraction rate of aucubin was 2.85mg/g. Conclution It's convenient of extraction of Aucubin from Emei Aucuba by supercritical CO2, and the extraction rate is higher. So it can be extended.
