摘    要:人才,尤其是高层人才是医院发展的核心竞争力。本院通过结合自身状况与人才发展特质,探索出了一条培养与使用高层人才的"大专业——专科医师——专病专家"的通路,即"三专"模式。基于此模式,医院构筑了多种有效的人才发展机制,涵盖初、中、高三个层次。

Abstract:Talents,especially high talents are the competitive cores of the development of hospital.Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command has explored a path of developing high talents,"Tri-Specialties" i.e."large scale of specialty-special doctor-expert in one disease" by combining its situations and the quality of talents.Based on this model,it constructed many effective mechanism of developing talents,which includes three levels.
