精制蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗老年肺心病心衰及其血液流变学变化观察

摘    要:目的 探讨精制蝮蛇抗栓酶在老年肺心病心衰中的治疗作用及其对血液流变学的影响。方法 选择老年肺心病心衰患72例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组36例应用精制蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗,疗效与对照组进行比较,全部病例治疗前后均采血检测其血液流变学的主要指标。结果 治疗组总有效率为88.9%,对照组总有效率为69.4%,(P<0.05)。治疗组全血粘度,血浆粘度,红细胞压积较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。结论 应用精制蝮蛇抗栓酶能有效改善老年肺心病急性发作期的血液流变学指标,明显提高疗效。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeatic effect in the aged patients of Cor Pulmonale with heart fail treated by injection of refined antithrombin of pallas pit viperand to observe the effect of their blood rheology. Methods Selected 72 Cor Pulmonale aged patients with heart failure. Randomly divide them into treating group and control group. The treating group (36 cases) were treated by the refined snake antithrombin, and then compared the results with the control group. Use the results of pre-and post therapeutic blood rheology test of all the cases as the main indicator. Result The total effective rate in treating group was 88.9%, in the control group was 69.4%.(P< 0.05). The whole-blood viscosity plasma viscosity and hematocrit of post therapeutic group were markedly lower than those of the pre-therapeutic (P< 0.01). Conclusions Using refined antithrombin of palles pit viper to treat the aged patients of Cor Pulmonale during acute stage can efficiently improve their blood rheology indises and markedly increase the effective rate.
