| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结直肠癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）水平变化的临床意义。方法采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附试验（Sandwich EHSA）法检测60例结直肠癌患者（30例转移，30例未转移）血清VEGF水平，并与30例正常人和30例结直肠良性肿瘤患者血清VEGF水平比较。结果结直肠癌患者血清VEGF水平显著高于正常对照组和结直肠良性肿瘤组（分别P=0．000，P=0．000）；有肿瘤转移的结直肠癌患者血清VEGF水平明显高于无肿瘤转移的患者（P=0．001）；结直肠良性肿瘤组与正常对照组血清VEGF水平差异无显著性。结论血清VEGF有可能成为一个新的肿瘤标志物而用于结直肠良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断，并可能用于结直肠癌患者病情进展的动态监测及预后判断的指标。
