摘    要:目的建立以HPLC法测定冠心康颗粒中芍药苷含量的方法。方法采用phenomenex luna C18色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-水(27∶73);流速:0.8mL.min-1;检测波长:230nm;柱温:30℃。结果芍药苷在6.029~60.29μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.53%,RSD为0.79%。结论该方法简便、可行,重复性好,可作为冠心康颗粒的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of paeoniflorin in Guanxinkang Granules.Methods Phenomenex luna C18 column was used as chromatographic column.The mobile phase was methanol-water(27∶73).The flow rate was 0.8mL·min-1,and detection wavelength was at 230nm.The column temperature was 30℃.Results The good linear range of paeoniflorin was 6.029~60.29μg·mL-1,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 99.53%,RSD=0.79%.Conclusion The method is simple,feasible and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Guanxinkang Granules.
