| 摘 要： | 目的调查以头孢替安为主的药源性发热情况,促进安全合理用药。方法通过对258例,其中涉及头孢替安125例住院病史的分析,总结头孢替安等药物致发热的情况。结果头孢替安在临床使用频率较高。头孢替安致药源性发热:高度可能6例,肯定8例,共14例。结论药源性发热处理不当,会误导临床治疗;头孢替安的药源性发热情况应在药品说明书中给予警示,以促进安全医疗与合理用药;考虑到头孢替安药效学及药动学不具有优势,不良反应较多,临床应少用为宜。
