| 摘 要： | 1例54岁女性患者,因焦虑状态给予文拉法辛75mg及酒石酸唑吡坦10mg睡前服用。约15min后出现幻觉,入睡后消失。随后症状加重。考虑该不良反应与两药合用有关,故改为分开服用,间隔大于2h。1周后症状消失。

| Abstract: | A 54-year-old women with anxious state received venlafaxine 75 mg and zolpidem tartrate 10 mg at bedtime. About 15 minutes later,the patient developed hallucination which disappeared after fell asleep. Subsequently,her symptoms aggravated. The adverse reactions were considered to be related to concomitant use of these two drugs,so zolpidem tartrate and venlafaxine were given separately and the interval time was over two hours. One week later,his symptoms subsided. |
