卵巢妊娠82例临床分析

目的对卵巢妊娠疾病的诊断、发病因素、临床表现、治疗方法以及不良反应的进行研究和分析,总结经验,以更好地指导卵巢妊娠的预防和治疗。方法随机选择我院近5年内的82名卵巢妊娠患者为研究对象,对患者病前诊断、身体特征、病症反应、治疗资料以及不良反应等进行研究,分析临床表现和治疗效果,并加以总结。结果我院选择的82名患者,病前诊断误诊为异位妊娠的比例较大,临床表现有腹痛、昏阙等,主要以手术治疗为主。结论卵巢妊娠发病率较低,呈逐步增加的趋势,误诊率较高,临床病症反应较严重,给患者身体造成巨大痛苦,严重威胁着患者及婴儿生命安全,及时接受手术治疗,能够较为有效的得到治愈。

Ovarian pregnancy,the clinical analysis of 82 cases

Objective Ovarian pregnancy,the diagnosis,risk factors,clinical manifestations,treatment and adverse reactions to carry out research and analysis,lessons learned,in order to better guide prevention and treatment of ovarian pregnancy.Methods Randomly selected hospital in the past five years,82 patients with ovarian pregnancy as object of study,the patients with premorbid diagnosis,physical characteristics,disease reaction,treatment information,and adverse reactions,analysis of the clinical manifestations and treatment,and summary.Results The hospital selected 82 patients,the disease before diagnosis misdiagnosed as ectopic pregnancy,a larger proportion of the clinical manifestations are abdominal pain,faint Que,mainly to surgical therapy.Conclusion Ovarian pregnancy,the incidence is relatively low,gradually increasing trend,higher rate of misdiagnosis,clinical illness was more serious,causing great suffering to the patient’s body,a serious threat to patients and their baby’s life safety,timely received surgical treatment can be more effectivecured.
