20例原发性十二指肠肿瘤临床分析

目的结合原发性十二指肠肿瘤的治疗经验和临床试验结果,探析原发性十二指肠肿瘤的有效治疗方法。方法对从我院随机选取的20例原发性十二指肠肿瘤患者的临床特点进行回顾性分析,探讨能有效治疗原发性十二指肠肿瘤的手术疗效。结果 20例病患中有16例进行恶性肿瘤行根治切除术;证实为晚期局部转移、浸润者有4例,对其行姑息性旁路手术;腺癌术后,有18例患者存活7个月到5年,有2例患者存活5年以上。结论依据患者临床试验反映出的情况,结合原发性十二指肠肿瘤肿瘤生长的位置、病发的特性、病变的范畴等因素,有选择性的对患者实施根治切除或者肿瘤切除等手术措施,基本能有满意疗效;晚期原发性十二指肠肿瘤并且条件特殊的患者,无法实施根除性手术,为了提高5年存活率以及保证日常生活需求,应该对患者进行旁路手术。

20 cases of primary duodenal tumor clinical analysis

Objective Combined with primary duodenal cancer therapy experience and the results of a clinical trial,the paper primary tumor of the duodenum effective treatment methods.Methods From our college to randomly selected 20 cases of primary duodenal cancer patients were retrospectively reviewed the clinical characteristics,this paper discusses effective treatment of primary tumor surgery of the duodenum curative effect.Results 20 patients with 16 cases of malignant tumor line for radical resection;Confirmed late for local transfer,the infiltration has 4 cases,the adults to palliative bypass surgery;Adenocarcinoma postoperative,18 cases of patients with live seven months to 5 years,have two patients for 5 years.Conclusion According to clinical trials of patients reflect,combined with primary duodenal,the position of tumor tumor growth characteristics of disease starts,the category of lesions and other factors,the selective to implement radical resection in patients with tumor resection operation or measures,basic can have satisfactory curative effect;Late primary tumor and conditions of the duodenum special patients,can not be implemented a radical operation,in order to improve the 5-year survival rate and the day-to-day life needs,should to bypass patients.
