胫骨平台骨折内固定及早期康复的临床研究

目的评价胫骨平台骨折患者应用解剖钢板内固定及早期功能康复的疗效。方法对40例胫骨平台骨折患者行开放复位，单侧或双侧钢板内固定手术治疗，恢复胫骨平台解剖，坚强内固定、植骨及早期功能锻炼。结果40例患者均获随访，随访时间为6～18个月，平均10．4个月。根据Rasmussen膝关节功能评分标准：优25例，良12例，可2例，差1例，优良率92．5％。结论对胫骨平台骨折采取切开复位、植骨、解剖钢板内固定及早期功能锻炼是提高临床疗效的有效措施。胫骨平台骨折术后实施早期综合的康复措施能使膝关节功能明显改善。

Tibial plateau fracture fixation and early rehabilitation of the clinical research

Objective To evaluate patients with tibial plateau fracture fixation with anatomical plate and the efficacy of early functional rehabilitation. Methods 40 patients with tibial plateau fracture were operated by using steel plate internal fixation one or two side, restored the tibial plateau anatomical structure, firmly fixation , and took early function exercise post-operation. Results The patients were followed up 6 - 18 months with an average of 10. 4 months postoperatively. A1 patients were assessed by the Rasmussen scoring system which 25 patients got excellent result. 10 were good and 2 were average. The excellent and good rate was 94. 6% 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Take right tibial plateau fracture with open reduction, bone graft, anatomical plate fixation and early functional exercise is an effective measure to improve clinical efficacy. Early comprehensive rehabilitation measures can help to improve the functions of knee joints after operations on patients with fracture of tibial plateau.
