中药洗肠引入慢性结肠炎的辨证施护

目的:寻求治疗慢性结肠炎的护理良法。方法:将95例慢性结肠炎患者随机分为3组:观察组34例,采用电脑大肠灌洗仪以温水进行全结肠清洗,其后协定方药液进行洗肠,再以协定方进行中药灌肠,并配合分型辨证施护;对照一组31例,进行协定方中药灌肠,配合常规护理;对照二组30例,以柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)栓肛塞治疗,同时进行常规护理。结果:临床观察指标(包括腹痛、腹泻、粘液便等)在3组间比较观察,观察组的显效率高于对照一组,经统计学分析均有显著性差异(P<0.05),但与对照二组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);肠镜检查观察肠粘膜治疗前后变化,观察组的有效率明显优于对照一组(P<0.05),而与对照二组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);半年复发率观察组明显低于对照一、二组(P<0.05)。结论:引入洗肠机对全结肠进行清洗及协定方药液洗肠的基础上配合中药保留灌肠的治疗和辨证护理方案最佳。

The sutdy of chronic colitis which is treated by categorical identification in terms of nursing and cleanout large intestine with Chinese traditional medicine

Objective:To explore the best possible method of nursing in treating chronic colitis.Methods:Devide 95 cases into three groups:the observing group,34 cases,Were treated by cleaning the large intestine with fixed Chinese traditional medicine,irrigateing with fixed Chinese traditional medicine,and categorical identification in terms of nursing;The No.1 control group,31 cases,were treated by irrigating with fixed Chinese traditional medicine and the categorical identification in term of nursing;The No.2 control group,30 cases,were treated by inseting SASP into the anus and with regular nursing.Results:The clinical observation indicators among the three groups show that :there are statistically evident differences of effective cure between the observing group and the No.1 control group(P<0.05);There are not statistically evident differences of effective cure between the observing group and the No.2 control group,(P>0.05).The transform of the mucous membrane show that:There are statistically evident differences of effective cure between the observing group and the No.1 control group(P<0.05);There are not statistically evident differences of effective cure between the observing group and the No.2 control group,(P>0.05).The ratio of recurrence in six months shows that:The recurrence ratio of the observing group is lower than the recurrence ratio of the No.1 control group and the No.2 control group(P<(0.05).)Conclusion:Clean the large instestine with fixed Chinese traditional medicine and irrigating the large instestine with fixed Chinese traditional medicine combined with categorical identification in terms of nursing is the best way to treat the chronic colitis.
